This short video shows that GTA 4 is playable on Onboard Card Radeon 3200HD without any commandline.txt or tweaks (only latest patch 1.0.3). The Framerate is about 20 to 30 FPS without FRAPS so you can enjoy the game. This are the specs of my PC: - Gigabyte MA78G-DS3H rev. 2 Mainboard with ATI Radeon 3200HD @ 700 MHz - AMD Phenom II x4 920 CPU 2,8 GHz (should also work on dualcores because the graphics will be either low) - 2 GB Crutial DDR2-800 RAM - Hitachi 500 GB HDD @ 7200 RPM, 16 MB Cache - 500 W EarthWatts PSU (86%, from Antec Sonata III 500) The game runs at 800x600@75Hz but without any details and shadows should be playable at 1024x768. Other games are also playable, Fallout 3 and Need for Speed Undercover can even go to mid details and still have over 25 fps @ 1280x720. Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion works even better ;) PS: I've paid only 500€ for my PC so it also shows that you don't have to pay a lot to play GTA 4 on PC.
